I am really looking for good stuff about the cognitive processes learners go through when learning and especially e-learning. 

Have any ideas? Any one?

and your book has more substance and useability than almost anything
I have previously encountered. And I&#039;ve covered a lot of ground.
The corporate trainer muddles everything with labrynthian complexity
to justify who knows what. There is little actual information about
techniques for teaching. Just the same blabber about tools and insider
trainer terms to mystify newcomers.
In short, good job and thanks!
