Thank you very much for the book. It is interesting to see that I came to develope most of the interactions you specified after digging in to thought and envoking all my creative power… I guess there must be something natural about interaction.

I am really looking for good stuff about the cognitive processes learners go through when learning and especially e-learning.

Have any ideas? Any one?

This is a great idea! And I want to add that it’s important to make the “environment” as realistic to the job situation as possible. Really try to put the learner in the situation in which they will use this knowledge or skill.

A retired teacher, I have been researching e-learning all summer
and your book has more substance and useability than almost anything
I have previously encountered. And I’ve covered a lot of ground.
The corporate trainer muddles everything with labrynthian complexity
to justify who knows what. There is little actual information about
techniques for teaching. Just the same blabber about tools and insider
trainer terms to mystify newcomers.
